Our room was impressive and big, complete with the balcony, the hot tub, as example. Included a shower, a drier, and fresh towels, all very handy.

From start to finish - a very comfortable experience on holidays. Awesome location in a separate restaurant, good value. Really close to other areas and the plaza.

The condo at Playa Del Sol Resort was incredibly spacious and had a great view of the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked with kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. The pool area was also spacious and the on-site gym was a bonus. The administrative staff were friendly and helpful.

Quiet, beautiful views, spacious modern apartment, nice pool and great location...
I had to make a complaint against an incident at the pool. Although this was not a positive experience for me I was happy with the management team and how they managed the complaint. The facilities were great and you cannot control for other peoples behaviour. My written complaint is being processed and I hope something positive results!

The staff at Playa Del Sol Resort were delightful to talk to and provided excellent service. The vacation rental had a bathtub and was equipped with an oven, washing machine, and glassware. I really enjoyed the beautiful views of the swimming pool. The location of the resort was fantastic, with a separate restaurant nearby.

The best thing about hotel was location and the fact that it had room for the whole family.
The room was minimally cleaned. Thick layer of dust on top of fridge. Not confident of overall cleanliness. Several light bulbs burned out through out. Broken bar-b-que lighter (unuseable). Supplied flashligt betteries were dead. Expel air in bathroom broken. Bathroom hardware continually falling off the walls. Wasted my own time trying to continuously fix things. Pool area disheveled and overrun with kids on the wild and unsupervised. Resort and room were both looking dated and worn. Poor value for money. For 299.00/night would expect room to be tip top clean and in working order at a minimum. Tried to find resort/hotel management staff on a couple of occassions to advise and they were no were to be found except on check out (light in office and no one ever present, door locked). Would not stay here again for the price paid - very dissapointed.

The only things worth mentioning here was the Hotel/ resort itself. Beautiful accomodations, great location. Bsoloutley horrible staff. I will never go back to this place again. I was apauled and offended the moment I walked into the office on the 2nd floor there to check in. Never mind the fact that we spent almost $3000.00 just for a week, which couldve taken us to an all inclusive resort in Mexico, the least they couldve done was give us a cot as they said there would be room enough for 6 ppl but 1 person had to sleep on the couch...

The comfort and convenience of having a fully furnished suite a parking spot.
i didn't like that the policy says no pets allowed but certain quest on our floor did have dogs. also the mattress was too soft and should be a king size bed, even for the 1 bedroom suite.

Modern design.
You ask " What didn't you like about the hotel" and then say " Do not use this reveiw for complaints" do you want to know whats wrong or not??? 1St night fire alarm 3 am-no sleep, 2nd day no pool, all the days no steam room, outdated broken excercise equipment. When we talked to the girl at the front desk she said there was nothing she could do about extending our visit or giving us a rebate, what kind of customer service is that, I will never stay at your resort again and will not recomend it to any of my family or my many friends.
